Mock recall procedure
- Step 1: Select a random export batch or harvest log ID
- Step 2: Record start time — target under 30 minutes total
- Step 3: Trace backward — greenhouse, section, worker, spray history, PHI status
- Step 4: Trace forward — packhouse, cold room, export, buyer, QR token
- Step 5: Export audit pack (CSV/PDF) and review missing evidence
- Step 6: Log corrective actions for any gaps found
