GlobalG.A.P. IFA v6 Readiness Checklist
Prepare for a GlobalG.A.P. Integrated Farm Assurance audit with batch traceability, spray records, PHI controls, and mock recall readiness.
1. Management & Traceability
- Traceability system tracks product from greenhouse/plot to dispatch (FarmTrace QR batching)
- Mock recall conducted in the last 12 months (target: under 2 hours)
- Up-to-date farm map showing all blocks and greenhouses
2. Plant Protection Products (PPP)
- All chemical applications recorded within 24 hours
- PHI calculated and enforced before harvest (FarmTrace PHI block)
- Spray operators certified with records on file
- Chemical store locked, ventilated, with spill kit
3. Harvest & Post-Harvest
- Handwashing stations within 500m of work areas
- Harvest buckets and crates cleaned per schedule
- Cold-chain temperature logs for full storage period
4. Environmental & Social
- Chemical container disposal plan (e.g. triple rinsing)
- Risk assessments for major farm tasks
